Ellen Goff
Acting Director of Property Management
Ellen Goff is the Acting Director of Property Manager at the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) and she has been with HOC since 1994. As the Acting Director of Property Management, Ms. Goff is responsible for overseeing the management of all HOC multi-family and scattered sites and properties and ensuring that the over 9,400 units in the portfolio are properly managed and maintained consistent with the physical, financial and mission-related social goals, standards and requirements of HOC, third party clients and regulatory agencies and funders.
Ms. Goff leads the division with almost 30 years of property management, community development and affordable housing program experience. She started her housing career with HOC and has held several key positions across the agency including positions in the Real Estate Development Division, Housing Resources Division, Information Technology and Resident Services and Executive Divisions.
Ms. Goff is a proud graduate of Florida State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and she holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
