HOC PARTICIPATING MORTGAGE COMPANIES

The following lenders are the only lenders with access to HOC First Trust Mortgage financing. When calling please let the mortgage company know that you are calling regarding the Housing Opportunities Commission’s first trust mortgage programs. The mortgage office should refer you to a loan officer that is knowledgeable about the HOC financing program.

Tiers One, Two and Three are determined by the number of loans originated by the lenders and loan officer experience with the HOC financing programs.
